Product Introduction
Calcined alumina powder is made of industrial aluminum hydroxide or industrial alumina, calcined at an appropriate temperature to form a crystal-stable α-type alumina product; it is made of calcined α-type alumina as a raw material and made by ball milling. Calcined alumina powder is generally used in shaped refractory products such as skateboards, three large pieces, corundum bricks, etc., or used in unshaped refractory materials in combination with activated alumina.
When using calcined alumina powder to produce resin-bound products, it has low moisture content, is easy to stir evenly, and has high volume stability. When used in conjunction with activated alumina powder or silica fume for unshaped refractory materials, it can form a particle grading with finer powders to achieve the most compact stacking, reduce water addition and porosity, reduce linear change rate, and increase strength.
