In 2022, the new production line of tabular corundum of Zouping Hengjia New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was put into production, production capacity was further increased, product variety was enriched, and product quality was steadily improved.
Hengjia High Purity successfully developed and produced a batch of high-purity sintered spinel in 2019, but it could not be stably supplied due to the lack of independent kiln calcination. Now a dedicated vertical kiln is used to stably produce high-purity sintered spinel, with an annual output of more than 20,000 tons. The products are divided into two levels, 99% and 99.7%, according to the content of the main components (Al2O3+MgO), and can be used in high-temperature ceramics such as refractory and lithium battery saggers. The impurity content of 99.7% high-purity spinel is about one-third of that of 99% grade spinel, and its high temperature performance and corrosion resistance are greatly improved.
Hengjia High Purity has always adhered to the high-purity route. We also design high-purity mullite with a main component purity of more than 99.7%, which is the highest purity in the current market. It is mainly used for high-end corundum mullite products, and will have good applications in dry quenching, large glass kilns, kiln tools, etc. In the next step, we will also launch some distinctive aluminum-based synthetic raw materials.
At present, Hengjia High Purity not only produces sintered tabular corundum and calcined alumina powder, but also perfects high-purity sintered spinel and launches high-purity sintered mullite.
