The nano aluminum hydroxide project of Shandong Hengjia High Purity Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. was approved, and the added value of the product increased by more than 3 times. This is another masterpiece of Hengjia High Purity after the boehmite product.
Hengjia High Purity has always adhered to the high-purity route, from the calcined and activated alumina used in the refractory industry, sintered plate-shaped corundum, high-purity sintered spinel, high-purity mullite, to the diaphragm inorganic coated boehmite, all of which prove Hengjia High Purity's determination to continue to innovate and develop new products.
Among them, the annual output of high-purity sintered spinel is more than 20,000 tons. The products can be used in refractory materials, lithium battery saggers, etc. The impurity content of 99.7% high-purity spinel is about one-third of that of 99% grade spinel, and its high temperature performance and corrosion resistance are greatly improved; Boehmite has lower hardness than alumina, narrower particle size distribution, weaker water absorption, and is easier to keep the dryness of the diaphragm. It also has high coating flatness, low internal resistance, and low energy consumption. It can improve the high temperature resistance, heat shrinkage resistance and puncture strength of the diaphragm, thereby improving battery safety, and has better liquid absorption and retention performance, which can increase battery life; high-purity mullite has a main component of more than 99.7%, which is mainly used for high-grade corundum mullite products, and will have good applications in dry quenching, large glass kilns, kiln tools, etc.
In the future, Hengjia High Purity will also launch new aluminum-based high-purity synthetic raw materials.
